CPDC is a competition focused on developing functional and economically viable chemical-based products. It provides a platform for students from various majors to innovate and design products that address global challenges, utilizing their chemical engineering knowledge.

CPDC is open to all undergraduate students from universities worldwide. Participants must form a team of 3 to 5 members from the same educational institution, with at least one member majoring in engineering.

Eligible products for submission must be end-user items or designed for direct consumer use. They should be chemical-based or involve manufacturing processes that utilize basic chemicals and chemical reaction

  • Each participant is required to follow @pgdui Instagram account

Student Energy Model United Nations (SE-MUN) is a competition that simulates an International United Nations conference for undergraduate students, focusing on diplomacy, international relations, and global issues. This year’s theme is “Sustainable Urban Development: Building Climate-Resilient Cities for the Future,” which explores challenges of climate change in urban environments.

SE-MUN is open to all active undergraduate students who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any major. Open to individual delegates (not team-based).

The theme is “Urban Planning and Climate Change Adaptation” with the sub-theme “Sustainable Urban Development: Building Climate-Resilient Cities for the Future.” The council will be the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), discussing “The Role of Cities in Combating Climate Change.”

To register, you need to:

  • Early Bird Registration: November 18th – December 8th, 2024
  • Normal Registration: December 8th – December 31st, 2024
  • Late Registration: January 1st – February 2nd, 2025
  • Study Guide Release: February 3rd, 2025
  • Position Paper Deadline: March 14th, 2025
  • Technical Meeting: April 6th, 2025
  • Conference Days: April 11th-12th, 2025

I-CAST is a competition where participants will be given a study case to solve regarding real issues. Participants are expected to bring solutions that are novel and innovative, while considering feasibility factors such as environmental, financial, social impacts and quantifying them using data.

Participants MUST BE UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS enrolled in STEM based majors such as engineering or mathematics and science. Participants must still be undergraduate students by the time of the final pitch

The case will be revealed after the final registration batch closes, so keep an eye out!

Yes, as long as your team members are from STEM majors and are from the same university.

Petronation is an integrated smart competition designed to test your knowledge and problem-solving skills in the energy, oil, and gas industry. It’s a high-stakes rally quiz with a focus on critical thinking and fast responses.

Any undergraduate student enrolled in engineering or natural sciences can join, as long as you’re still a student during the registration period. Plus, teams can even be made up of members from different majors as long as they’re from the same university!

Expect a mix of questions related to petroleum, including exploration, drilling, production, and renewable energy. Plus, there are special categories like trivia and long-answer questions to keep things interesting!

Participants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with petroleum-related topics, particularly using credible sources such as the SLB Oilfield Glossary, Defining Series, PetroWiki, and papers.

Apart from the recognition, the winners will receive cash prizes. Rp 6.000.000 for the champion! Plus, all participants get e-certificates.

PSEC is a competition designed to challenge participants in the field of process systems engineering. It involves solving complex engineering problems through simulation, optimization, and innovative design.

PSEC is open to all undergraduate and graduate students from universities around the world. Participants typically have a background in chemical engineering, process engineering, or related fields.

Participants will be tasked with developing innovative solutions according to the competition theme. This could involve creating new technologies, improving existing processes, or designing sustainable systems.

Participants are not provided with access to specific software tools and resources necessary for solving the competition problems. However, Participants are encouraged to attend the PSEC webinar that we provide to enhance participants’ knowledge about the topic.
