Participating in the Process Systems Engineering Competition (PSEC) was both challenging and rewarding, pushing us to grow both technically and personally. From the start, we had to apply chemical engineering concepts to real-world problems, which sharpened our problem-solving skills. One of the most valuable parts of the competition was getting hands-on experience with new software tools, which expanded our technical knowledge and helped us connect theory with practice. The competition also provided a great opportunity to engage with industry professionals, offering insights into different career paths. Overall, PSEC pushed us out of our comfort zones and deepened our passion for chemical engineering, making it an invaluable experience for us.
